Loan applicants provide extensive personal and financial information, collected by phone or through secure third-party services and stored in our loan origination system. We use your personal and financial information to evaluate your creditworthiness and ultimately provide lending service to you.

To provide lending services, information may be shared with investors, credit agencies, processors, other lenders or brokers, underwriters, title companies, and other trusted third parties. You will receive disclosure of this and must opt in; declining prevents us from providing the service.

You may discontinue service by emailing support@pixel.mortgage. However, due to various federal reporting laws, we will be unable to delete all of your personal information.
